Jennifer Potts

Commercial PropertyJennifer joined Harrison Drury in January 2024 from Brabners to build the Commercial Property team/offering in Manchester and to provide property support to the Corporate team. Jennifer has worked in Manchester since qualifying in 2013 and prior to Brabners was with TLT for over seven years.
Jennifer’s experience covers all aspects of commercial property including, advising on and dealing with acquisitions and disposals, property elements of corporate transactions as well as Landlord and Tenant matters. Jennifer’s experience also includes dealing with pharmacy/dental/medical sectors as well as nursery and care home sectors. Jennifer also has a strong background in real estate asset management including the setup of residential leasehold sites.
Jennifer’s main area of expertise is in secured lending. Jennifer has spent a large part of her career advising/acting for leading financial institutions over a wide range of properties/transactions including commercial, buy to let portfolios, development finance and corporate led transactions. Jennifer is also experienced in acting for/advising borrowers and dealing with dual representation.
Jennifer is also part of the Leisure Team at Harrison Drury and is actively involved in promoting the firm’s offering in Manchester. Jennifer works closely with the Licensing team to offer property advice and support to various clients in the hospitality and tourism sector such as pubs, bars and restaurants.
Jennifer acts for a wide range of clients including companies, individuals, investors, developers and financial institutions.

Jennifer enjoys hiking, visiting new places/travelling, reading and keeping fit. Jennifer also has a keen interest in music and enjoys discovering new music, going to gigs and other live music events.
